Andrew commenced his commercial real estate career in 1998 and quickly moved into the industrial field after a graduate rotation program that helped Andrew to learn more about Property Management and Office Leasing.

Andrew established himself at one of Australia's largest Real Estate companies and became a specialist within the industrial market for Victoria. After 10 years and many awards for being the Highest Fee Earner within his department it became apparent that Andrews drive to complete deals was also matched with his desire to create a brand and business where he could offer a more tailored service to his clients.

This new business continues to strengthen itself within the Industrial area with its attention to detail, boutique level of service, commitment to clients and a growing staff level.

Andrews younger brother Stuart has recently joined the group after many years in the Residential and Commercial building game, bringing with him many different areas of knowledge and understanding.

Aside from spending as much time with his children as possible, Andrew joins Stuart in competing together in Ultra Marathon running events. These events take place in all areas of Victoria and Australia and are especially technical given they are exclusively trail based and run in rugged areas of the outback and bush settings.

Setting large goals and achieving what they strive for are important to both Andrew and Stuart. Running 50km or more in competetive events is one way to show their organisation and goal settings are second to none.

Since Stuart completed VCE at Scotch College in the class of 2000, he has spent many years overseas skiing and chasing the endless winter around the world. Stuart met one of his future mentors whilst away who gave Stuart his opening into the property and construction world. Stuart completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship in between travelling overseas ski trips. Stuart's passion of building in the high end residential market and his love for property soon took over and there was no more travelling, it was all work and no play.

Stuart is always excited about looking at industrial development opportunities for Industry Property Group to sell or lease.

Stuart's dream was once he finished his apprenticeship, was to work on speculative developments, which he has successfully completed a number of now. With his keen eye for detail and "new school" building methods, he is always excited about looking at industrial development opportunities for Inustry Property Group to sell or lease.

To stay fit and keep everything in perspective Stuart competes in Ultra Marathons and 48-hour Adventure races on some of Australia’s least forgiving trails. “I feel this keeps me focused on setting big goals in your life. When you finish a big event and look back on some of the hurdles you conquer during the event, you realise that everything you face in life can be accomplished if you work at it hard enough.” Since Stuart and Andrew compete in a lot of these events together, they have both realised how strong they have become. Andrew being the Owner and Director asked Stuart to join the company to bring a new dynamic of the building and construction industry to the business.

Both Stuart and Andrew at Industry Property Group are excited about many years of working together to obtain the best outcome for their clients.

Cameron started his industrial real estate career in 2009 at Colliers international and quickly made a name for himself in the industry. After a number of years he moved to Jones Land LaSalle.

Cameron established himself in Melbourne’s western industrial precinct and became a specialist within the unit development market and land sales. After 12 years Cameron has elevated to the larger product conducting larger scale sales & leasing transactions for multiple clients.

He joined Industry Property Group in early 2021 and has impressed with his passion and enthusiastic approach to the team environment.

Cameron has listed and sold over $100m worth of property in his first year at Industry Property Group and conducted 30,000sqm in leasing transactions.

Outside of his professional career, Cameron enjoys spending the weekends with his children, exploring the countryside and spending time at the beach house in the Mornington Peninsula.

Cameron’s disciplined and competitive nature comes from his football career where he had a short stint on the Melbourne Demons playing list.
